This vessel was originally built in WA and launched in 1993 as a Cray boat by the renowned Conquest Boat Builders in Fremantle. It spent its early life successfully operating in the cray industry before being modified and placed into Charter Survey so it could also carry out commercial fishing as well as fishing charters for tour groups out of Fremantle.
In 2015 the vessel was purchased by her current owner and delivered to Darwin NT. The vessel was extensively modified for the NT Barra Fishery, having installed a 4 tonne deck freezer with a 50 carton snap and also 2 x 1400 litre brine tanks.

The owner wishes to sell the operation as a turnkey business which includes: the vessel, 2 x 6.2 meter Seajay dinghies in survey, all the nets including flat nets and river nets, all anchors and floats to complete a Barra Fishing Season which is operating under a leased 10 Unit (full) Licence.

Training in the fishery and many years of very valuable catch information can also be supplied to an approved buyer of the business. The owner may also consider selling the vessel separately.
